How soon will my order ship?
Typically, your order will ship within 5-7 business days after you place it. Sales and promotions may affect ship time. If an item you ordered is on backorder or out of stock, we will send you an email notification within 5-7 days to let you know and issue a refund if necessary. Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you receive an email with tracking information.

Do you offer local pick up?
Yes. Please allow 1-3 business days for your item to be ready for in store pick up. You will receive an email notification when your order is filled and ready for pick up. It will be available for pick up during our store hours: Tuesdays & Thursdays 10am-7pm and Saturdays 9am-3pm. Pick up location is 1919 Industrial Dr Ste 100 Liberty, MO 64068.  

My order shows delivered, but I don't have it yet. What do I do?
Please contact your local post office first to see if they can assist you in locating your package. Please allow 2-3 business days before contacting us from the date of delivery scan. This allows the postal service time to re-route your package. If the package is still not located, please contact us via email at We will try our best to help you locate the package and get it delivered to you in a timely manner. 

How do your t-shirts fit IRL?
The majority of our tee shirts are unisex and true to size.

There are size and fit notes on all product descriptions, sizing recommendations, as well as the model's true size and size she is wearing.

Do you provide return labels for returns/exchanges?
We do not provide return labels at this time. Instructions for returns/exchanges, as well as the shipping address for returns/exchanges can be found at

Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the customer's responsibility.

Can I change or cancel my order after I've placed it?
We do not cancel orders, however, in the the rare event you need to cancel due to error, you must contact our customer service by email at Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not shipped. There will be a 10% restocking fee for an canceled orders. 

I am trying to use two discount codes and it's not working. Is this correct?
Yes. Our website only allows one discount code per purchase. 

Why is my discount code not working?
We do understand that our discount codes can sometimes cause some confusion. Please read our discount code guidelines and then email us with any questions.  

  • Promos typically have exclusions.
  • Promo codes cannot be combined with other offers
  • Promo codes must be used at time of purchase, adjustments will NOT be made. 
  • Promo codes are one time use codes. Unfortunately our system can not differentiate if you have used this code or not.
